• Make it escape in wide, low arcs. Move the moth away from your cat in short bursts, gliding 2–8 inches above the floor like a heavy winged insect trying to get away.
• Let it land, freeze, then twitch. Drop the moth near a rug edge, chair leg, or box corner and pause for 2–5 seconds. A tiny wing shake can trigger the crouch, stare, tail wiggle, and pounce.

• Free standard shipping on all orders above $69.
• For orders below $69, shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Details

• Standard transit time: 8–20 business days from the date your package leaves our warehouse (timelines vary by destination).
• Confirm your delivery location is within our coverage at checkout.
• Every order comes with a unique tracking number for full end-to-end shipment monitoring until delivery.

4. Lost, Damaged or Misdelivered Shipments

• If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@lyunpaw.com.
• For lost packages: We will coordinate with the carrier to locate your shipment. If loss is officially confirmed, we will send a free replacement immediately.
• For damaged items: Please retain photo/video proof of the damaged items and original packaging, and we will resolve your issue promptly.

5. Return Policy

To protect pet health and prevent cross-contamination, we accept returns only for unopened, unused, factory-sealed items returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Email Request: Contact our support team at support@lyunpaw.com to request a pre-approved return shipping address. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
• Ship your eligible return package within 7 calendar days of receiving the approved return address.
• We will process your refund or replacement within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned package.
• Critical Note: All return packages sent via Cash On Delivery (COD)will be refused upon delivery, with no exceptions.
