1.Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- We will notify you in advance of any delays for handmade items.
- Please note that order processing do not take place on weekends and official public holidays. Any orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Cost
- Free standard shipping on all orders above $69.
- For orders below $69, shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Details
- Standard transit time: 8–20 business days from the date your package leaves our warehouse (timelines vary by destination).
- Confirm your delivery location is within our coverage at checkout.
- Every order comes with a unique tracking number for full end-to-end shipment monitoring until delivery.
4. Lost, Damaged or Misdelivered Shipments
- If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@lyunpaw.com.
- For lost packages: We will coordinate with the carrier to locate your shipment. If loss is officially confirmed, we will send a free replacement immediately.
- For damaged items: Please retain photo/video proof of the damaged items and original packaging, and we will resolve your issue promptly.
5. Return Policy
To protect pet health and prevent cross-contamination, we accept returns only for unopened, unused, factory-sealed items returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Email Request: Contact our support team at support@lyunpaw.com to request a pre-approved return shipping address. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
- Ship your eligible return package within 7 calendar days of receiving the approved return address.
- We will process your refund or replacement within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned package.
- Critical Note: All return packages sent via Cash On Delivery (COD)will be refused upon delivery, with no exceptions.
